  • Mark Bowles

    Bridwell West Ranch Manager

    Mark was raised in OKC, Ok and spent his summers on the Bridwell River Ranch in Wichita Falls, TX working for his uncle. In 1983 he started working for the Bridwell River Ranch full time. Mark became the manager of Bridwell's Crosbyton ranch in 1995 and in 2000, Mark moved his family to Adrian, Tx to manage the Bridwell West Ranch. Mark has worked for Bridwell Ranches for over 40 years. He has been married to his wife Beth for 38 years and they have raised 2 children, a son Brayden Bowles and a daughter Baylee Koontz. They have 5 grandchildren Kyla, Emilee, Kannon, Khloe, and Karolyna, and 2 great grandchildren Greyson and Weston.

    Mark has a talent and vision for building a good cow herd that is highly productive. He is also responsible for the excellent health program and animal welfare that emphasizes our BQA program. As manager Mark also devotes time to land stewardship, and under his leadership the BWR has developed a pasture rotation and rest program that has enhanced the sustainability of our range related to forage production, with one eye on developing wildlife habitat.

  • Brayden Bowles

    Cattle Division

    Brayden Bowles was born on the Bridwell River ranch and grew up on Bridwell's Crosbyton and West Ranch. He is a 2008 graduate of the Ranch and Feedlot Operations Program at Clarendon College. In 2013 Brayden began working for the Bridwell Ranch at Crosbyton. Brayden transferred to the Bridwell West Ranch in 2017 where he resides today. Brayden and his wife Lindsey have three children, Kyla, Kannon, and Karolyna. They have two grandchildren Greyson and Weston.

    In addition to his normal cowboy and horse training duties, Brayden also provides the management of our first calf heifers.

  • Wes Osborn

    Cattle Division

    Wes Osborn was raised in a ranching family in eastern New Mexico, where a strong work ethic and deep respect for the land shaped him from an early age. A cowboy his entire life, Wes began camp life at just 18 years old.

    In 2008, Wes and his family moved to the Bridwell West Ranch, where he worked until 2013. During the 12 years he spent away from Bridwell West, Wes went on to manage several ranches, gaining valuable leadership experience and further strengthening his passion for the ranching lifestyle.

    In 2025, Wes was given the opportunity to return to the ranch his family has always considered home, and he proudly made his way back to Bridwell West Ranch.

    Wes has been married to his wife, Kaci, for 19 years. Together, they have three children—Brenna, Hagen, and Kyndal—and one grandson, Wesley Rhys. 

  • Will Durrett

    Owner’s Representative

    Will Durrett was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas where he graduated from Tascosa High School in 1998. As a fourth-generation Texan with family farming operations dating back to the 1920s, Will has enjoyed spending time on the family farm and ranch from a young age.

    Will graduated from Baylor University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Environmental Studies.
    After college, Will moved home to Amarillo and began working in the family farming, ranching and real estate business. Will has managed his family’s cattle, ranching, and hunting operations in the Texas Panhandle and in Eastern New Mexico since the early 2000s.
    In 2012, Will also began marketing and delivering cattle as a Marketing Representative with Superior Livestock Auction.

    To date, he has helped over 200 ranching operations in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma and Kansas market and deliver cattle. The relationships and trust with so many friends, neighbors, cattle buyers and fellow cattle producers are what Will values the most about his job marketing cattle.


    He is passionate about the land and livestock he and his family have had the opportunity to steward; he has been blessed to work with some of the most highly accomplished cowboys, cowgirls and cattlemen in women in the industry.

    Will lives on the family ranch near Wildorado, Texas with his wife, Romni, where they raise their two young sons, Yates and Bruin. Romni has a love and talent for raising Quarter Horses. She has made a name for herself as a respected AQHA Ranching Heritage breeder by producing many cow-bred horses with lots of size and sense that perform well in the show pen and also on the ranch.

    Will works for Republic Ranches and is licensed in Texas and New Mexico.
    In his spare time, Will enjoys hunting on the family ranch in New Mexico, chasing his kids around to various events or vacationing with his family.
